Absolutely. We specialize in bridging rehab and fitness. Every program scales to your needs, and our PTs are close by if anything feels off.
We use 3D Styku scans, strength benchmarks, and performance check-ins to keep you motivated and on track.
At Juniper, we recommend strength training 3–4 times per week for optimal results. You can choose between small group strength classes, personal training, or a combination of both to meet this goal. For added flexibility, we also provide home workouts through our Juniper app with video instruction—perfect for getting in your other sessions at home.
