[Active Happy Feet Workshop]

November 20      5:00 – 8:00

An interactive workshop presented by two experts in the world of feet. You will learn about common food conditions (plantar fasciitis, heel pain & ankle instability) and how to self manage them.
Sign up for your complimentary injury assessment, watch a dry needling demonstration, hear about different foot types and how to select the best shoe and inserts for your feet.
You will participate in and receive a self care program, a mobility ball, and have the chance to win a $50 gift card for The Heel (an awesome shoe store) in Green Bay.
ALL proceeds will be donated to “Soles for Souls”, a local non-profit organization that provide vouchers for new shoes for students in need in Manitowoc County.

[Lower Back Pain Yoga Workshop]

December 11    7 – 8:30pm

An interactive workshop that starts with some “classroom time” where you will  learn about common underlying causes for low back pain, discover how mobile and/or stable your body is and understand how to truly engage your intrinsic core. 

After “class” we will engage in a yoga practice designed specifically to reduce your low back pain.
